TRISTAN ENGLAND
Tristan England is a soccer coach and player development professional with experience spanning elite youth, academy, and semi-professional environments. Born in Corpus Christi and raised primarily in San Antonio, Texas, Tristan developed through the State Classic League, Region III ODP, and U.S. Soccer Development Academy systems before continuing his playing career at East Texas Baptist University and New Mexico State University. During his collegiate career, he earned All-Conference honors while appearing in 52 matches, making 42 starts, and logging over 3,500 minutes of competition.
Following time competing in UPSL and USL League Two, a career-ending injury led Tristan into coaching, where he began with Soccer Shots in San Antonio before joining San Antonio United Soccer Club. Over two and a half years, he coached U8, U10, U14, and U16 boys teams, winning multiple tournaments and discovering a deep passion for player development.
During this period, Tristan founded England Football Training, a private training company focused on technical growth and individualized player pathways. Through additional training sessions and competitive 3v3 programming, his players achieved two Regional Championships, two National Quarterfinal appearances, and a third-place finish at Nationals.
In 2024, Tristan joined Texoma FC Academy, working across nearly every age group while helping build the academy structure. His impact led to his promotion to Director of Coaching, overseeing the U11–U19 age groups. Under his leadership, multiple players progressed within the club pathway, including one U19 player who earned a first-team professional contract.
For the 2025 season, Tristan was promoted to Texoma FC’s USL League One technical staff and currently serves as Assistant Coach with Texoma FC in USL League Two. He also works with the U12 Girls in the Girls Classic League and the U19 Boys in USL Youth. A USSF C License holder, Tristan brings a modern, player-centered approach that emphasizes technical development, game understanding, and long-term growth.
Extremely passionate about guiding players toward their potential, Tristan remains committed to creating professional training environments and meaningful development pathways.
He currently resides in Sherman, Texas with his fiancée Emily and their dog, Remy.
